Our goal is to act as a counselor to your family. Our hands-on-approach includes providing you with instructions on how to conduct a family meeting to discuss your estate planning decisions, and instructions and templates to your loved-ones after your death to guide them through the estate administration process.
Greg and Courtney Lyle, a husband and wife team, are the founders of Independence Law. Together they have been providing legal counsel for Utah families for over a decade and have drafted hundreds of wills and trusts. They have practiced over a dozen areas of law in Salt Lake, Summit and Utah county and can provide practical solutions.
